The hottest dance club on the island of Cozumel is the Neptuno.  Apart from the live disco music, there’s a great laser show and the drinks and snacks keep coming.  There are not many night clubs, per se, in Cozumel, but there are lots of bars and pubs that play music. If you’re a music lover and like to drink, that’s really all that counts. Some of the most popular watering holes in town are Fat Tuesdays, Senor Frogs and Cactus.

The Presidente Intercontinental Hotel, like the Wyndham Grand Bay, is a marvelous choice for a romantic getaway.  It is located on a beautiful white sand secluded beach yet is only a few kilometers from shopping in town.  It is very small and well appointed, and offer tennis courts, gym, spa and diving classes among other amenities. 

The restaurants are either on the beach or overlook it.  The Coral Princess Hotel and Resort offers one, two and three bedroom suites with ocean views or jungle views.  The hotel is equipped with a spa, gym and dive shop and a restaurant, as well as a karaoke lounge and a swim-up pool bar.  Weddings are special events at the Coral Princess so check it out if you are planning one. 

The Allegro Resort Hotel is an all-inclusive resort located on gorgeous San Francisco Beach on the south side of Cozumel.  The famous Palancar Reef is a short boat ride away which makes this location a favorite for tourists with an interest in diving.  Besides taking scuba lessons, you can snorkel, windsurf or kayak.  Tennis and volleyball are available and a gym and sauna as well.
Fine food is prepared in the hotel’s restaurants and there is live entertainment every night.

Casa del Mar is also located on the beach two miles from downtown and near the famous Paraiso Reef.  There is a poolside restaurant with an ocean view.  The rooms are well-outfitted and have garden or ocean views.  The hotel operates on the European price plan but a semi-all inclusive plan is also available.
